I would recommend tracking down the book Critical Race Theory which complies the work of the many scholars who debated and wrote about it over the years. You will likel delete this piece if you are honest. Check out Mari Matsuda for example, an Asian scholar, and Duncan Kennedy. There are very diverse views in CRT. That is why the current debte over it is usually lacking and sophmoric.
