Because this is what this country is about. this country decided this; African people did not. They were hundreds of different ethnic groups, on a continent, of nations, colonies, and peoples. Even the borders in Africa, drawn by Europeans, were drawn with race in mind to divide the various ethnic groups up and exploit them.
