CRT, as I currently understand it, is an approach to analyzing various issues. It is surely not one specific view of anything but it does have specific tenets that define the approach. That is why some CRT scholars are big on affirmative action and others reject affirmative action. Some are Marxists but others aren't and believe in free markets.
