Great piece. I have fond memories of the A's. I was a Washington Senators fan myself. They moved. Broke my heart. I don't think I have ever fully gotten over it. I latched onto other teams year by year. We finally got a team here in 2005. But, by then, I was an adult. It is sickening sometimes when I think back.
