Great to hear, G. I read your story and was identifying with it. I do sometimes catch a bad one.
My main issue is tomatoes!! I love tomatoes. Sauce. Salsa. Tomatoes. Cherry/grape/plum, etc. But my system says - Nah. It used to be only at night. Now, it is anytime. The acidity I guess is just too much now. My mother has the same issue. It is like she handed me her ailments. One of them is acidity from tomatoes. Beans are a challenge too but not all of them. Black beans, my favorite, are cool. But others? Not good. Chewing food my mother says also helps immensely. Helps your system get ready.
