I agree totally with this. I have had to attend these workshops and that is OK. Luckily, I have escaped what you are describing. I am in the Toni Morrison camp. I think those who are doing the wrongs and have done the wrongs need to meet up somewhere w/o those of us who have to bear the madness each day and decide what they need to do. I believe they know; it is just a big change. Yet, if they are not willing to do it, leave me alone.
