I am not hopeful because they have rigged the districts. But they have no tradition or capability on how to govern. It is now 28 years after Gingrich started this lunatic type politics and they continue down the same useless path. They don’t want to govern and most importantly - serve. They want to rule and make a lot of money the best way they can.
