I had a thing for the Swedish players as well. I was an Arthur Ashe fan, with Borg a close second always. Ashe and Borg were both gone by the 1980s. I latched onto Wilander and Edberg. I rode them for a long time until Sampras and that crew arrived. But the Swedish players proved that Sweden was developing a culture of very good tennis.
