I have read this a few times now. Good article. I then read the article from 2015 and feel like I understand this a little now. I do hope you will write again on MEDIUM. I also hope you will be called to testify on this issue. It is worth pursuing. Your article is being used to spread conspiracy theories but it is well written and sourced. That's all we need. I can draw my own conclusions.
