I use "Black" in caps when I am referring to Black people as a cultural, ethnic group in America. It is true. Black is not a race but it is an ethnic group, we have a history, a culture, traditions, faith based practices, etc. When we use black denoting "race" that is small "b" to me. White to me is not anything but a race, a class connotation in the caste system, that has been built. They are Americans mostly but this idea of "white" has destroyed that.
