Never been even one iota impressed with Sowell but found this essay to be well written and it contained many of my overall criticisms of Sowell. If he were in sports, they would say Sowell is overrated. Lucky he isn't. To me, he is overvalued as an intellectual. Thanks for a nicely written essay though.
