So get rid of it. We can let the circuits sort things out. At least, in say, certain circuits, guns will be regulated harder and abortion will be protected. Unlike the Supreme Court, the circuits have to accept most of the appeals. The Supreme Court only hears about 75 cases and always with an agenda. Even the Warren Court had an agenda. The people don't need a Supreme Court. We need democracy and a real body of oversight. Toss in term limits and we have had an affect on our freedom for the better.
