Thanks Janice. I appreciate the great comment. I could have stretched it into so many other areas but I feel like the whole aura of the Court was always this but they just did a great job of convincing the public that the Court was not awful for ordinary people. The Warren Court period did expand rights a little but the last 20 years have been all about reversing all of it. How much longer for Miranda v. Arizona, for example and then Griswald?
