The country is split into judicial circuits. Each area of the country has a circuit right now. Let them decide these disputes. There would be differing opinions on issues such as guns, abortion, civil liberties, anti-trust, civil rights, but OK, we can live with that. But right now, the Supreme Court is pushing not so popular opinions on all of us. This was probably the same case when a lot of those Fourth Amendment cases were handed down. I don’t think it is perfect but the current Court is terribly imperfect and out of touch with the law as is, now. I mean, they can say there is no right to “abortion” but there is a right to privacy for all of us. They have just unleashed governments all across the country to intrude into the lives of women and their families basically with ideology not law.
