There is only one way out, for Biden, and America, and that is to mute the Senate by changing the rules. But the Democrats don't even have 51 votes to kill the filibuster and pass a rule that says every bill that makes it out of committee, gets an up or down vote. How did they create these artificial rules of control to stop bills from being voted on? It's nonsense.
