America remembers Thomas Jefferson. Celebrates him. Defends him. He is a great man, one of the greatest in American history, according to the official American narrative.

Most people have never heard of him.
Bingham is the man we all owe a debt. The biggest of all. Freedom.
Bingham is the author of the “Equal Protection Clause.” He not only wrote most of the Fourteenth Amendment, he was floor manager for the Amendment when the Radical Republicans (I hate that name by the way) pushed it…
