The thing is, notice how you and I are discussing Critical Race theory. The issue isn’t whether I am correct or you are correct. The issue is state, local, and the federal government under Trump passed laws and issued orders banning the discussion of the concept. That’s fascist. That’s authoritarian. What is there to fear? The reason they want to ban it is because young people today are receptive to new approaches to race and diversity. They know they have been lied to by their parents. So my view is teach all of it. The more open a society, the freer that society becomes.
