The True Richest Man In the World
It is not Jeff Bezos or Elon Musk
According to a recent article in the publication, The New Internationalist, the King of England owns 1/6 of the land on earth. While the article was written when the Queen of England was alive, we now know a king exists legally at least.
His name is Charles. King Charles. He now controls that 1/6 of the planet. The Queen died.
The article was inspired by a book written by Kevin Cahill. Cahill, a writer for the New Statesman, has published a book called Who Owns the World? It is in that book where Cahill breaks it down how one person owns roughly 6 billion acres of land.
Cahill wrote an article too. Here is a singularly importantly quote from the article:

She is Queen of 32 countries, head of a Commonwealth of 54 countries in which a quarter of the world’s population lives, and legal owner of about 6.6 billion acres of land, one-sixth of the earth’s land surface.
