The U.S. Supreme Court Is A Danger To the World
It’s decisions should be ignored by judges
The Bottom
The US Supreme Court today reminded me of something the poet Joel Dias-Porter told me awhile back when we were discussing Donald Trump: “there is no bottom,” he said. And it is true, with that guy, there is no bottom. The moral bottomless pit for D.T., the ex-President remains in play every moment.
The U.S. Supreme Court joined him in that bottomless pit. There is no bottom with this Court (the six fascist justices). It has no useful purpose anymore except to advance white male supremacy and economic fascism.
The U.S. Supreme Court Should Be Disbanded
Years ago, the long time federal criminal prosecutor, law professor, and writer, Paul Butler, shook up the literary and legal world with a concept called — “jury nullification.” Butler was so fed up with America’s mass incarceration policies and its racist components that his charge to potential jurors was — vote not guilty. Do not become part of an unholy systems.
Considering some of the recent decisions of the U.S. Supreme Court, especially the immunity case of the ex-President, federal judges should ignore this decision and do what they already know is the actual law…
