There is actually a real Allison Wiltz and that is not her. I get the Telegram thing all the time. Someone is impersonating Allison and using it to make money. I have blocked them like 5 times. They change the spelling and try again. I actually talk to Allison (the real Allison regularly). The scammer person? I have no idea who that is but Allison (the real Allison) is aware someone has copied her Medium. Medium knows because we have reported this over and over and over.
