This is a good discussion piece. I learned Critical Race Theory in law school. We even had to write about it. I taught law school for 16 years but did not teach CRT but my lectures were influenced and prepared taking CRT into account. It is one of many approaches in social science teaching. It helps frame history, informs it. I do teach it now in undergrad because I teach pre-Law classes. The worst thing we can do is pretend CRT is not in the curriculum. It is because it advances the discourse. It is going nowhere and all the laws trying to censor it are violations of the First Amendment.
