This is exactly what happened. It is intentional. I am assuming it is to cut cost. And also to make people try even harder, work harder, but with less payout. I am like you. I never came here to get rich. I did come for the discourse because there are some good writers here. But that is not happening enough anymore so my time here is short. I am sure they are OK with that while they stuff their pockets w cash
