This is good stuff. Carter is complex. And I do agree he is a US President who stands out. I can't really do the GOAT analysis for Presidents. Even the good ones have horrific baggage. And good has so many definitions and meanings. Carter stands out and few American Presidents stand out from the pack. He is one.
