Why the 45th President Must Be Prosecuted

Everything that is left of America, the actual country where myself and 330 million people actually live, is in the crosshairs of history now. I know Merrick Garland, a very astute lawyer, and public servant knows this.
Why is this so?
Because if #45 isn’t tried for the crimes he committed, it means any person running for office in America who loses an election can claim fraud or a rigged election and go “RAMBO” on the government. That is not a real country. That is chaos.
For the sake of argument, just say there was some evidence that the 2020 election for President possibly (I stress possibly, and also stress there is no evidence of a rigged election in 2020) was rigged. The lawsuits are filed. The challenges are made but still, the election result for President remains the same.
